If you need to return an item, please send us an email to email@example.com. Please include the order number and your name. We will respond to your request. We do not accept items that have been installed, used, altered or damaged. If a hydraulic component has been installed or cycled it is considered used. If we sent the wrong item we will issue a full refund plus the cost of the return shipping. You pay for the return shipping if you ordered the wrong part. A refund will be issued less the cost of the original shipping costs.
Our primary method of shipping is with USPS, either First Class for items weighing less than 16 ounces or Priority Mail for items weighing over 16 ounces. We will ship UPS or Fedex next day air with your account number. We do not ship and add the charges to your credit card. All orders with a value that exceeds $100 ship signature delivery required.
We do not ship internationally at this time. We only ship to areas serviced by USPS within the USA and its territories.
