Our office hours are 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. The office is closed during 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM ET for lunch.

We are an internet based e-commerce company and operate differently than brick and mortar businesses, but when the day's work is completed, our employees go home to their families. Emails and phone calls will be answered during posted business hours.
Shipping
Cut off time for same-day shipments on in-stock products is 10 AM Eastern time. Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Most orders for in-stock products are shipped within 1 business day. We do not ship after business hours, on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking Numbers
We update the status of your order when it ships. If you checked out using the guest feature, the system does not forward a tracking number to you. Using the guest feature provides a fast check out and provides privacy to you. The trade off is that our employees do not have access to your information so we cannot send a tracking number to you.
