Shipping & Returns
Many of our listings state "aftermarket replacement for", "interchange for" and "drop in replacement for". All items have been verified by our engineering staff to be direct replacements for the OEM part number referenced. All of these products meet or exceed the OEM specifications for dimensions and performance characteristics. It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm the OEM part number and any dimensional data of the part that they are replacing, before placing the order. We ship what is ordered. We are not responsible for buyer errors.
If you need to return an item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the order number and your name. We will respond to your request. We do not accept items that have been installed, used, altered or damaged. If a hydraulic component has been installed or cycled it is considered used. If we sent the wrong item we will issue a full refund plus the cost of the return shipping. You pay for the return shipping if you ordered the wrong part. A refund will be issued less 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Our primary method of shipping is with USPS, either First Class for items weighing less than 16 ounces or Priority Mail for items weighing over 16 ounces. We will ship UPS or Fedex next day air with your account number. We do not ship and add the charges to your credit card. All orders with a value that exceeds $100 ship signature delivery required.
We do not ship outside the USA and USA territories.
