Store Policies

We try to keep our policies simple at Fremont Industrial Supply. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the products and services that we provide. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the products or service please let us know. We will do what we can to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Our return goods policy is that we will exchange the product if we are notified within 7 days. All of our products are covered by the manufacturer's published warranty. All of our products have a minimum warranty of 12 months from date of purchase. We reserve the right to repair or replace the defective item depending on the expressed warranty from the manufacturer.
