Warranty:

All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Most of the products on our website have a 12 month warranty for defects in material or workmanship. Please contact us for the specific product warranty of the manufacturer. The individual manufacturer reserves the right to replace or repair the item.




Returns:

If the error is ours, we will issue a refund or exchange and cover the cost of the return shipping.  If the buyer makes the mistake, we will exchange the product or issue a refund.  If we can not complete an exchange,  the buyer will pay a 25% restocking fee for inspection and repackaging. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the buyer makes the mistake, the buyer pays for the return shipping. We do not credit the cost of the original shipping, only the cost of the product. That includes items with "free shipping".

Buyer must obtain a Return Goods Authorization prior to return. The RGA number must appear on the outside of the box and/or shipping label. If the RGA number is not on the outside of the package, the package will be refused.

All returns must be unused and in original packaging. We do not do exchanges or refunds on items that have been used or installed. Each item is inspected thoroughly before an exchange or refund is issued.
