We are an internet based e-commerce company. We operate differently than brick and mortar businesses. Simply stated, when the day's work is completed, our employees go home to their families. We do not have "operators standing by" 24/7.
Cut off time for same-day shipments on products is 2:00 p.m. Central time. If your order is received after 2:00 p.m. Central time, it will ship the following business day. Over 98% of the orders are shipped the same day. The balance ship on the following business day. Most orders are shipped in 24 hours. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday.
Shipping Notifications and Tracking Numbers
We update the status of your order when it ships. If you checked out using the guest feature, the system does not a forward tracking number to you. Using the guest feature provides a fast check out and provides privacy to you. The trade off is that our employees do not have access to your information so we cannot send a tracking number to you.
